Ko Dali- begginig

Some time ago, I stumbled upon a concept for a miniature in the tabletop skirmish system called "Infinity." At that time, I wasn't skilled in 3D sculpting, but the idea of recreating such a character in a gaming engine stuck with me. Recently, while going through old archives, I found the concept again and decided to give it a try.

The concept, as it was, was not easy to decipher, so, being a geek, I bought a miniature, hoping it would help. Honestly, it only increased my confusion. Nevertheless, needing a task to reset my brain after work, I started working on it.

I began with a relatively simple task: blocking out a gun. It appears to be some kind of energy-based SMG, though I'm not entirely sure. It seems to be a custom design, unlike any other miniatures I've seen.

Next, it was time to start sculpting. The straps, bandages, power cords, or whatever they are, were really hard to track. For now, I'm using Blender to find the proper flow of all the lines. Once I'm satisfied with those, I'll move the entire project to 3DCoat for the "real" sculpting job.
